Searches can be an emotional part of the adoption experience.  Some people are interested in finding medical inforamtion about the birth parents.  These are called 'Non identifing searchs", for others there is a desire to seek reunification with their birth family.  "Seraches to meet" may also include birth parents trying to find children they placed.  Whichever category you belong to we can help.

Non identifing seraches can done if you were adopted throught Catholic Charities in the Diocese of St. Augustine or through the Volunteers of America in Jacksonville. Fl.  Our staff will secure what information you have and will review the files to see if you can answer your questions.  It is important to remember that older files may not have the information that you're seeking, but we'll do our best to find what we can.
